Niamh is a sustainable business strategist who works with service-based organisations to turn ESG into a genuine commercial advantage. With over 15 years’ experience across strategy, transformation and people development, she helps leadership teams cut through the noise, focus on what matters and build sustainability programmes that stand up to client, board and regulatory scrutiny.

Niamh’s work focuses on the practical side of that ambition – from sustainability strategy, B Corp and CSRD readiness to supply chain due diligence, Net Zero planning and employee engagement.

About Corc Impact
Corc is the Irish word for the bark of the cork oak tree, one of nature’s most amazing raw materials. Niamh has been fascinated with cork for some time as no human-made product has been able to replicate its unique combination of properties.
Portugal has the most hectares of cork forest worldwide with areas such as, Montado, living ambassadors of sustainability and a driving force of sustainable development. Corc connects the two places Niamh calls home, Ireland and Portugal, representing endless possibilities and high potential for sustainable impact.
